Customer information will be used strictly for loan processing and related services and will not be shared with third parties except lenders or regulatory authorities when required.

7. Limitation of Liability

DMS Financial Services shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from lender decisions, delays, or rejection of applications.
